I’m an independent consultant with a team of professionals to offer I.T Services, Web Design, SEO (Search Engine Optimisation), SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and SMM (Social Media Management), Photography and Videography as part of our diverse set of services.

I realised that numerous small businesses cannot easily afford IT services and Digital Marketing to enhance their business and create an impact. Many businesses have experienced exploitation from other IT providers who prioritise their profits over delivering satisfactory service, resulting in detrimental effects on business growth.

By providing them with affordable and efficient IT solutions, I aimed to level the playing field and foster an environment where they could compete with larger businesses.

I have accumulated more than 15 years of experience in the I.T Industry, serving diverse sectors including dental, medical, real estate, industrial, retail, government, and others. My qualifications include a Diploma of IT, a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems, ITIL Foundations certification, Google AdWords/Analytics certifications, Certification IV in Marketing and a Microsoft Certified Azure Administrator Associate certification. Moreover, I have gained industry expertise in SEO, social media, Business Intelligence, Photography, and Video Production.

Over the past eight years, I’ve been balancing my responsibilities in the retail and hospitality industries with my academic endeavors and career in IT. There’s an evident void in customer service within the IT industry.
